Avoid screens for at least the first one hour after waking up and it will allow you to focus on your day. The best trick is to keep your phone away from your reach!

Look outside your window
This outdoors has a wonderful effect on the human body. If you have a window that looks out to a green scenery or even just the blue sky, use it. Stopping to watch the natural beauty of this world around you is also a form of meditation. It will soothe your nerves and help you clear your head. It’s always good to take a break to start fresh.
