- Ripe bananas – 3
- Eggs – 2
- Oil – ½ cup
- Sugar ½ cup
- Flour – 2 cups
- Baking powder – 2 tsp
- Salt – ½ tsp
- Cinnamon powder – ½ tsp
- Walnuts – ½ cup
Method:
Mash your ripened bananas. Add two eggs and beat together. Use eggs at room temperature for best results. Add oil and sugar and beat together until the mixture is slightly fluffy. Sift your flour twice for best results. Now slowly, add your flour, baking powder, salt, and cinnamon powder to your mixture and mix lightly. Grease your mould and add your mixture to it. Sprinkle walnuts on top. Bake at 180’ for 45 mins.
