No screen for at least the first hour after you wake up

Avoid screens for at least the first one hour after waking up and it will allow you to focus on your day. The best trick is to keep your phone away from your reach!

Make your bed

Look outside your window

This outdoors has a wonderful effect on the human body. If you have a window that looks out to a green scenery or even just the blue sky, use it. Stopping to watch the natural beauty of this world around you is also a form of meditation. It will soothe your nerves and help you clear your head. It’s always good to take a break to start fresh.

Do a lil morning exercise routine

The best gift you can give yourself is good health. A brief morning routine can really help you get your energy levels up. Not only do you feel better, it helps you get in good shape. Now we know most of us have work to attend to, therefore, we suggest a short 10-12 minute workout with the right kind of stretches.

Dress up!

It’s absolutely true to say that when you look good, you feel good. As many of us are working from home due to the pandemic situation across the world right now, it is so important to dress up for yourself. It doesn’t matter if you are going to be home all day anyway because making an effort for yourself will cheer you up.

Have a balanced meal
